摘要
伊朗德黑兰北部高速公路6^(#)桥为主跨跨径达153 m、墩高最大65.56 m的高墩大跨径钢腹板预应力混凝土箱形连续梁桥。结合该工程案例,在分析其施工难点的基础上,介绍了波形钢腹板0^(#)、1^(#)块托架施工,挂篮设计,钢腹板桥面水平运输与安装定位以及施工控制等悬臂施工技术。通过工艺应用,该新型结构形式的桥型在地震多发的伊朗国家得到成功应用,对我国桥梁建造技术走向世界具有重要的历史意义。
The expressway 6^(#)bridge in the north of Tehran,Iran is a high pier and large span prestressed concrete box continuous girder bridge with steel webs with a main span of 153 m and a maximum pier height of 65.56 m.Combined with the project case and based on the analysis of its construction difficulties,the cantilever construction technologies such as corrugated steel web 0^(#),1^(#)block bracket construction,hanging basket design,horizontal transportation and installation positioning of steel web slab bridge surface and construction control are introduced.Through the process application,the bridge type of the new structural form is successfully applied in the earthquake prone Iranian country,which is of great historical significance for China's bridge construction technology to the world.
