摘要
以某工程跨河段钢桁架主桥采用步履式顶推法施工为例,通过数值模拟求出临时支架最不利荷载,并指导支架设计,但实际施工中临时支架出现了局部破坏。经分析,主要原因是支点强制位移产生的附加反力过大。为避免类似问题发生,对支点标高控制进行理论研究,推导实用的计算方法,并制定有效的管理流程。总结的经验可供今后类似工程参考。
Taking the walking-type incremental launching construction of a steel truss main bridge in a river-crossing section as an example,the most unfavorable load of the temporary support is calculated through numerical simulation to guide the support design,but the temporary support was partially damaged in the actual construction.After analysis,the main reason is that the additional reaction force generated by the forced displacement of the fulcrum is too large.To avoid similar problems,the theoretical research on the elevation control of fulcrum is carried out,the practical calculation method is deduced,and the effective management process is formulated.The experience summarized can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
