摘要
北横通道新建二期工程1标工程作为中心城区重要的市政基础设施更新项目,面临交通组织、管线迁改、施工筹划等难点,通过应用包括BIM、协同管理平台、全站扫描、无人机等新数字化技术,实现基于虚拟建造优化施工组织,实现参建各方在施工全周期内信息协同与共享,提高了施工质量和效率,提升了项目精细化管理水平。总结的经验可供类似施工工程参考。
As an important municipal infrastructure renewal project in the central urban area,the bid section 1 of the new phaseⅡproject of Beiheng channel faces difficulties such as traffic organization,pipeline relocation and construction planning.The new digital technologies such as BIM,collaborative management platform,total station scanning and UAV are applied to optimize the construction organization based on virtual construction and realize the information collaboration and sharing of all parties involved in the construction throughout the construction cycle.The construction quality and efficiency are improved,and the fine management level of the project is improved.The experience summarized can be used as a reference for similar construction projects.
