摘要
以建设智慧化运维系统为背景,紧密结合大数据技术与建筑智慧运维的典型需求,从数字建筑与BIM模型、数字孪生、人工智能与数据挖掘等方面论述了建筑智慧运维中的大数据技术,从建筑设施运维管理、建筑节能减排、应急风险管理等方面阐述了大数据技术在建筑智慧运维管理中的应用方式,可有效提升建筑运维阶段数据管理能力以及运维效率。
Taking the construction of intelligent operation and maintenance system as the background,closely combined with the typical requirements of big data technology and building intelligent operation and maintenance,the big data technology in building intelligent operation and maintenance is discussed from the aspects of digital architecture and BIM model,digital twin,artificial intel igence and data mining,and the application of big data technology in building intelligent operation and maintenance management is also expounded from the aspects of building facility operation and maintenance management,building energy conservation and emission reduction and emergency risk management,etc.,which can effectively improve the data management capability and operation and maintenance efficiency of the building operation and maintenance stage.
