列车与地铁隧道三维刚柔耦合的动力建模方法与实现 被引量:1

摘要 目前对地铁列车与隧道耦合振动的数值计算多采用一维模型,通常需要对列车与隧道结构设定许多理想化的假设,且编程计算的过程复杂、容易出错。以多体动力学软件VI-RAIL与有限元进行ANSYS软件联合仿真,充分发挥2个软件各自的优势,快速有效地构建列车-隧道耦合振动的三维数值模型,给出具体的建模流程。数值计算案例证明了该建模方法的正确性。该方法对研究车隧耦合振动问题具有十分有益的参考。 At present,the numerical calculation of the coupled vibration between subway train and tunnel mostly adopts 1D model,which usually needs to set many idealized assumptions for the train and tunnel structure,and the programming calculation process is complex and error prone.The multi-body dynamics software VI-RAIL and finite element are used for the joint simulation of ANSYS software.The respective advantages of the two software are given full play to quickly and effectively build a 3D numerical model of train tunnel coupling vibration and the specific modeling process can be given accordingly.The numerical examples show the correctness of the modeling method.This method has a very useful reference for the study of vehicle tunnel coupling vibration.
