康柏西普与曲安奈德治疗伴发白内障的糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy between conbercept and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of diabetic macular edema with cataract

目的比较康柏西普与曲安奈德治疗伴发白内障的糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果。方法回顾性研究。选取2018年6月至2020年6月河南科技大学第一附属医院超声乳化术治疗伴发白内障的糖尿病性黄斑水肿者80例(80眼), 根据不同治疗分为两组, 每组各40例, 分别于术前玻璃体内注射康柏西普或曲安奈德。随访12个月, 比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后1、3、6及12个月, 两组视力均优于术前(P<0.05), 康柏西普组均优于曲安奈德组(t=2.095、2.369、2.515及2.233, P=0.039、0.020、0.014及0.028)。两组黄斑中心区厚度均低于术前(均P<0.05), 康柏西普组均低于曲安奈德组(t=2.065、2.976、2.215及2.159, P=0.042、0.004、0.030及0.034)。康柏西普组不良反应发生率低于曲安奈德组(χ^(2)=4.114, P=0.043)。结论超声乳化术前康柏西普玻璃体内注射治疗伴发白内障的糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果优于曲安奈德璃体内注射的效果。

Objective To compare the efficacy between conbercept and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of diabetic macular edema with cataract.Methods This was a retrospective study.From Jun.2018 to Jun.2020,80 eyes of 80 cases of diabetic macular edema with cataract who underwent phacoemulsification in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were selected.All cases were divided into two groups acording to the different treatment,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received intravitreal injection of Conbercept and Iriamcinolone acetonide respectively before surgery.All cases were followed up for 12 months to compare the treatment efficacy of the two groups.Results At 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment,visual acuity in both groups were better than that before operation(P<0.05),and which in the conbercept group was better than that in the triamcinolone acetonide group(t=2.095,2.369,2.515,2.233;P=0.039,0.020,0.014,0.028).The CMT in both groups were lower than that before operation(all P<0.05),and the conbercept group was lower than that in the triamcinolone acetonide group(t=2.065,2.976,2.215,2.159;P=0.042,0.004,0.030,0.034).The incidence of adverse reactions in the conbercept group was lower than that in the triamcinolone acetonide group(X^(2)=4.114,P=0.043).Conclusion The effect of intravitreal injection of conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema with cataract before phacoemulsification is better than the effect of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide.
