飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜技术矫正远视的研究进展

New advances of smail-incision lenticule technique for the correction of hyperopia

摘要 飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜技术在远视矫正领域尚处于探索阶段。目前可以通过飞秒激光取出凹型基质透镜, 或者将近视术中取出的凸型基质透镜植入远视者角膜的方法矫正远视。本文综述了飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜技术矫正远视的临床效果及最新进展。 The technique of small incision extraction(SMILE)in the treatment for the hyperopia is still in and exploratory stage.Hyperopic SMILE involves either removal of a concave lenticulf from the corneal stroma to correct hyperopia,or implantation of a convex stromal lenticule extracted during myopia surgen into the cornea of hyperopia to correcl hyperopia.The clinical efficacy and research progress of SMILE lor hvpeopia are summarized in this review.
