摘要
讨论了一种用于振动传感器温度灵敏度校准的振动传递机构的材料选择和结构设计方案,同时对其进行了模态分析与试验、热传递特性试验等。结果表明,该机构具有较好的刚度和隔热特性,能够满足振动传感器温度灵敏度的校准要求。
The material selection and structural design scheme of vibration transmission mechanism were discussed,and its modal analysis and test,heat transfer characteristic test and so on were carried out. The results show that the mechanism has good stiffness and heat insulation characteristics,and can meet the calibration requirements of temperature sensitivity of vibration sensor.
