摘要
星形胶质细胞上调基因1(AEG-1)是一种癌基因,在多种恶性肿瘤组织中呈过表达。AEG-1可促进骨肉瘤的侵袭和转移,但其分子机制复杂。文章从基质金属蛋白酶-2、microRNA、上皮-间质转化和内皮素/内皮素A受体4个方面综述了AEG-1促进骨肉瘤的侵袭和转移的分子机制,旨在为骨肉瘤侵袭转移的分子机制研究提供参考。
Astrocyte elevated gene(AEG-1)is an oncogene that is overexpressed in a variety of malignant tumor tissues.AEG-1 can promote the invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma,but its molecular mechanism is complicated.This article summarizes the molecular mechanism of AEG-1 promoting the invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma from four aspects:matrix metalloproteinase-2,microRNAs,epithelial-mesenchymal transition and endothelin/endothelin-A receptor,aiming to provide a reference for studying the molecular mechanism of osteosarcoma invasion and metastasis.
