摘要
目的了解新疆医科大学麻醉学专业本科生心理健康状况及其特征,分析影响麻醉学专业本科生心理健康的主要因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对新疆医科大学2015-2019级(大学一年级-五年级)麻醉学专业本科生共428名进行心理健康状况普查,对调查结果采用分类比较的方法比较不同类别之间心理健康水平的差异。结果麻醉学专业本科生SCL-90结果中显示存在中度以上心理问题的学生占25%,不同性别、不同年级SCL-90结果存在差异,单亲、独生子女、专业满意度SCL-90结果不存在差异,专业认知度、自觉学习压力、出现心理状况时求助对象均为影响心理健康的因素。结论麻醉学专业本科生存在中度以上心理问题的学生占25%,心理问题以中年级(三年级、四年级)得分最高,与专业认知度、学习压力、出现心理状况时求助对象等因素有关,应多加关注并进行针对性教育。
Objective To understand the mental health status and characteristics of undergraduates majoring of anesthesiology in Xinjiang Medical University,and analyze the main factors affecting the mental health of undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to survey the mental health of 428 undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology from2015 to 2019 in Xinjiang Medical University.The results of the survey were compared between difference of mental health level among different categories by the method of classification.Results Among the results of SCL-90 of undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology,25%of them have psychological problems of moderate or above,and there are differences in SCL-90 results of different genders and grades.There are no differences in SCL-90 results of single parent,only child and professional satisfaction.The factors that affect mental health are professional recognition,conscious learning pressure and the objects to ask for help when psychological condition occurs.Conclusion 25%of the undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology have psychological problems above the middle level.The score of psychological problems in the middle level(grade 3 and grade 4)is the highest,which is related to factors such as professional recognition,learning pressure,and the object to ask for help when psychological condition occurs.More attention should be paid to and targeted education should be carried out.
