亲情护理模式对艾滋病患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis on the practical effect of family nursing mode in AIDS patients and its impact on the quality of life of patients

目的探究对艾滋病患者开展亲情护理模式的效果。方法使用随机数字表法将2017年10月至2019年10月本院64例艾滋病患者随机分为对照组(32例,应用常规护理模式)、实验组(32例,应用亲情护理模式)。对比两组治疗依从率和生活质量、焦虑及护理满意度评分。结果对比治疗依从率可知,实验组(93.75%)高于对照组(78.13%),P<0.05;对比干预后生活质量及护理满意度评分可知,实验组高于对照组,且对比干预后焦虑评分可知,实验组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对艾滋病患者开展亲情护理模式有助于增加患者治疗依从性,改善其生活质量及焦虑情绪,护理满意度更高。

Objective To explore the effect of family nursing mode on AIDS patients.Methods Using random number table method,64 cases of AIDS patients in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group(32 cases,the application of conventional nursing mode),experimental group(32 cases,the application of family nursing mode).The treatment compliance rate,quality of life,anxiety and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of the experimental group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(78.13%),P<0.05;The quality of life and nursing satisfaction score after intervention were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the anxiety score after intervention was lower in the experimental group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Carrying out the family nursing mode for AIDS patients is helpful to increase their treatment compliance,improve their quality of life and anxiety,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
