摘要
水资源可持续利用评价的影响因素较多,各因子的量纲不同,计算复杂且通用性低.通过指标规范变换,可使不同指标的同级规范值在数值上具有一致性;利用规范值,按照灰类个数(评价等级数)设计相应的白化函数即可对水资源的可持续利用情况进行评价.采用此方法可降低白化函数的设计数量,简化计算.以汉中、淮河地区的水资源可持续利用评价为例,验证了此方法的可行性.
Whereas the assessment of sustainable utilization of water resource is a complicated system with multiple variables and abnormal dimensions which make the calculation hard,the writer of this paper argues for the consistency of normal values of the variables by gauge transformation.Meanwhile,corresponding whitening functions can be calculated according to the number of gray clusters(number of evaluation levels).This method may decrease the designed numbers of whiting functions,and simplify the calculation as in the assessment of sustainable utilization of water resources in Hanzhong and Huaihe regions.
