摘要
风力发电机塔筒的垂直度检测是风力发电机组日常运营维护中非常重要的一个环节,为了提高日常检测数据处理的工作效率,提高检测精度,采用先进的三维扫描技术采集数据,并在进行点云切片数据处理时,采用圆柱体拟合算法,减少了人工干预,使数据检测更加高效、快速、准确.
The perpendicularity detection of wind turbine tower drum is a very important daily routine in operation and maintenance of wind turbine generators.This study adopts three-dimensional scanning technology to improve the efficiency of data processing and detection precision.And in processing of the point cloud slicing data,cylindrical fitting method is adopted to reduce manual intervention for the sake of efficiency and accuracy.
