页岩气增压管理数字化转型实践

摘要 在线监测与故障诊断的信息化技术作为提升压缩机组预防性维护能力的重要手段,已在川南页岩气压缩机组上应用2年,通过规范技术标准、统一建设方案、加强应用验证等工作,取得了推动预知维修、优化检维修模式、节约人力资源、初步形成状态监测管理体系等成果,但仍存在系统功能不够完善、网络通讯不稳定、运行管理尚有欠缺、技术支撑能力不足等问题。针对存在的问题提出了完善自动预警系统、加强与PLC控制系统的互联互通、强化人员培训等措施,促进该项技术在后续应用过程中更加适应现场功能需求,形成基于状态监测的设备检维修流程,促进设备管理数字化转型。 The information technology of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis is an important means to improve the preventive maintenance ability of compressor unit,it has been used in shale gas compressor unit of south Sichuan for two years,and through the works of standardizing the technical standards,unifying the construction scheme and strengthening the application verification,it has achieved some achievements,such as promoting predictive maintenance,optimizing maintenance mode,saving human resources,and initially forming condition monitoring management system,but there are still some problems,such as the system function is not perfect,the network communication is not stable,the operation management is still lack,the technical support ability is insufficient and so on.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some measures,such as improving the automatic early warning system,strengthening the interconnection with PLC control system,strengthening personnel training and so on,to promote the technology to adapt to the field functional requirements in the follow-up application,to form the equipment maintenance process based on condition monitoring,and to promote the digital transformation of equipment management.
