Fault Analysis and Treatment of Bog Booster Compressor

为了满足LNG接收站冬季夏季外输量峰谷差较大的工况,BOG增压压缩机已成为多数LNG接收站处理BOG (Boil-Off Gas蒸发气)的关键设备,用于把BOG增压到外输管网压力直接外输,以解决LNG接收站气化外输量较小或零外输工况的BOG处理问题。结合BOG增压压缩机在唐山LNG接收站的应用情况,通过对BOG增压压缩机在投产、运行过程中出现的异常故障进行分析,提出了完善设备可靠性的措施,给增压压缩机的管理及操作维护人员提供参考。

In order to meet the condition of large difference between peak and valley of LNG terminal’ s export volume in winter and summer,BOG booster compressor has become the key equipment for most LNG terminals to process BOG,which is used to boost BOG(Boil Off Gas) to the pressure of export pipeline network,so as to solve the problem of BOG treatment under the condition of small or zero export volume of LNG terminal’ s gasification.Combined with the application of BOG booster compressor in Tangshan LNG terminal,the paper analyzed the abnormal failure of BOG booster compressor in phase of commissioning and operation,and put forward some measures to improve the reliability of compressor.It had provided reference for the staff of management and operating & maintenance of booster compressor.
