自支撑聚吡咯超级电容器的制备与性能研究

摘要 聚吡咯(PPy)是一种具有较高氧化还原活性的导电聚合物,在超级电容器和电池领域有着广泛的研究和应用。但电化学沉积制备的PPy自身相对较脆且易碎,难以从基底上剥离成自支撑膜。本文采用在三氟化硼乙醚溶液中添加聚乙二醇(PEG400),制备了自支撑的PPy-PEG400柔性薄膜电极,不仅改善了PPy的柔性而且提高它的电导率。后将该薄膜用作超级电容器的电极,其比电容达到了203.5 F g^(-1)。 Polypyrrole(PPy) is a conductive polymer with high redox activity and has been extensively studied in the field of supercapacitors and batteries.However,the PPy prepared by electrochemical deposition is relatively brittle and fragile,and it is difficult to peel from the substrate into a self-supporting film.In this paper,polyethylene glycol400(PEG400) is added to the boron trifluoride ether solution to prepare a self-supporting PPy-PEG400 flexible film electrode,which not only improves the flexibility of PPy but also increases its conductivity.Later,the film was used as an electrode of a supercapacitor,and its specific capacitance reached 203.5 F g^(-1).
