摘要
本文利用紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)测定了山慈菇中总酚酸含量并在单一因素试验基础上,采用L934正交设计试验对其提取工艺进行了优化。结果显示山慈菇中总酚酸的最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇、料液比1∶30(g/mL)、每次45 min、提取2次。所测得总酚酸的含量均值为3.23 mg/g,表明该提取工艺方法稳定可行。
In this paper,the content of total phenolic acid was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and the extraction process was optimized by L934 orthogonal design test on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 60% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1:30(g/mL),45 min each time and two times.The average content of total phenolic acid was 3.23 mg/g,indicating that the optimized extraction method was stable and feasible.
