维生素D受体在代谢相关性脂肪性肝病中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目前尚缺少对代谢相关性脂肪性肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)有效的治疗策略。近年来,维生素D受体(Vitamin D receptor,VDR)被认为可作为MAFLD的治疗靶点。但VDR不仅接受维生素D受体激动,也可与胆汁酸等其他配体结合,此外VDR可以由脂肪酸和胰岛素诱导。VDR在肝脏不同细胞中发挥不同作用,在非实质细胞中VDR的激活可改善肝脏炎症、纤维化,但是在肝细胞中VDR激活可以加速脂质蓄积。本文综述了近年来关于VDR激活与MAFLD的关系,及肝脏中VDR表达和激活的影响因素,为今后MAFLD研究提供基础。
