新时代高校民主党派干部在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、学科发展等方面发挥了重大意义。通过着力优化队伍结构,拓宽选人用人视野,建立有效用人培养考核机制,建立健全监督监管机制,提高参政议政意识等有力举措,进一步提升高校民主党派工作的科学化水平,为推进高校“双一流”建设提供坚强有力的组织保证。

Cadres of democratic parties in colleges and universities under the new era play a significant role in talent cultivation,scientific research,social service and disciplinary development.Efforts should be made to optimize the team structure,enlarge the ranges of selection and employment,establish the effective hiring,training and incentive systems,establish and strengthen the supervision and regulatory mechanism,improve the awareness of participating in and discussing politics,and further improve the scientific level of the work of democratic parties,aiming at providing a strong organizational guarantee for promoting the“double first-class”construction in Colleges and universities.
