2021年国家三农工作的重心从脱贫攻坚转向了全面推进乡村振兴。农村人才数量不足和质量不高成为阻碍乡村振兴战略实施的关键,乡村振兴工作的重点是解决乡村人才资源缺乏的问题。实施乡村振兴战略主要依靠乡村本土人才,了解海南乡村本土人才培养情况、农民对乡村振兴人才培养的需求是海南实现乡村人才振兴的基础。

In 2021,the focus of national work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers will shift from poverty alleviation to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.The lack of quantity and quality of rural talents has become the key to hinder the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The focus of the rural revitalization work is to solve the lack of rural human resources.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy mainly relies on the local rural talents.Understanding the training of rural talents in Hainan and the demand of farmers for rural revitalization talents is the basis for Hainan to realize the rural talent revitalization.
