摘要
设计了一种超声波雾化装置,并阐述其结构特点及使用方法,可实现水雾与空气混合均匀,加快薄玻璃的吹风淬冷。实验结果表明,超声波雾化装置可有效辅助薄玻璃物理钢化,大大节约能耗。
This paper introduces a design scheme of an ultrasonic atomization device,specifically expounds its structural characteristics and usage methods,which realizes the uniform mixing of water mist and air,and accelerates the speed of blowing and quenching the thin glass.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic atomization device can assist the physical tempering of thin glass effectively and save energy consumption greatly.
