从石英相变分析玻璃窑用硅砖的生产和使用 被引量:2

摘要 硅砖的生产过程是石英完成相变的过程,硅砖生产者的主要目标是得到高强度且不裂纹的硅砖,一般需要添加氧化钙等矿化剂,原料和矿化剂决定硅砖的纯度,而纯度影响硅砖的使用寿命。因此,生产者既要考虑石英转化完全的无裂纹、高强度,又要保持硅砖的纯度。本研究从石英物相变化分析玻璃窑用优质硅砖的关键生产技术,总结控制硅砖生产的工艺,给出玻璃窑炉应选择和使用的硅砖类型,以期提高窑炉的使用寿命。 The production process of silica brick is phase transition of quartz.In order to obtain high strength silica brick without crack,the mineralizer,such as calcium oxide,is added for reducing the expansion rate.The purity of silica brick,which is dependent upon the raw materials and mineralizer,seriously affects its service life.Therefore,it is always the goal of the silicon brick,that manufacturers produce high strength and high purity silica bricks with perfect phase transition and free of crack.The key technology of production and application of high-quality silica brick for glass furnace was discussed from the viewpoint of phase transition of quartz in this paper.Furthermore,better control of the production of silica brick,the selection and usage of high-quality silica brick were summarized in order to improve the service life of glass furnace.
