海砂淡化关键工艺参数的研究

Research on Key Process Parameters of Marine Sand Desalination

文中通过化学分析法研究水洗法中水洗次数、扰动方式以及水洗时间对海砂氯离子含量的影响。除此之外,还研究了臭氧法以及电离法对海砂氯离子含量的影响,以得到最佳淡化海砂的工艺参数。结果表明:水洗法降低海砂氯离子含量最为明显。水洗法关键工艺参数是:水洗次数,清洗海砂不低于3次;扰动方式,转速是关键参数;水洗时间,延长清洗时间,有利于海砂氯离子的释放。

In this paper,the chemical analysis method is used to study the influence of washing times,disturbance mode and washing time on the chloride ion content of sea sand.In addition,the influence of ozone method and ionization method on the chloride ion content of sea sand is also studied to obtain Process parameters for optimal desalination of sea sand.Studies have shown that the water washing method reduces the chloride ion content of sea sand most significantly.The key process parameters of the water washing method are:washing times,cleaning sea sand not less than 3 times;disturbance mode,rotation speed is the key parameter;washing time,prolonging the cleaning time,the more conducive to the release of sea sand chloride ions.
