摘要
文中详细阐述了造成混凝土坍落度损失的原因;叙述了应对控制措施,如:调整水泥性能、缓解水泥与外加剂不相适应的情况、降低环境温度和增加湿度、对骨料含水率的控制及配合比的调整、增强混凝土的保水能力、控制混凝土中不稳定气泡的含量、施工技术对混凝土坍落度的影响等;探索了混凝土保坍性新技术,为减少混凝土坍落度损失的研究提供了相应参考。
In this paper,the causes of concrete slump loss are described in detail,and the corresponding control measures are described,such as adjusting the cement performance,alleviating the incompatibility between cement and admixture,reducing the ambient temperature and increasing humidity,controlling the moisture content of aggregate and adjusting the mix proportion,enhancing the water holding capacity of concrete,controlling the content of unstable bubbles in concrete Control the influence of construction technology on concrete slump,and explore the new technology of concrete slump retention,which provides a corresponding reference for the study of reducing concrete slump loss.
