This paper starts with the function,characteristics and influencing factors of the permeable layer in the asphalt pavement,this paper discusses the construction technology of the permeable layer,analyses the construction of the sticky layer and the construction of the common Tarmac,and puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the construction quality of prime coat asphalt.
