施工总承包合约管理与工程造价控制工作应用研究

合约管理、工程造价控制是施工总承包主要环节。文中根据《福建省房屋建筑和市政基础设施项目标准工程总承包招标文件(2020年版)》内容要求,对施工总承包合约风险及责任转移进行分析,并提出合约管理与造价控制措施。

Contract management and project cost control are the main links of the general construction contract,according to the content requirements of the“Fujian Province housing construction and municipal infrastructure project standard EPCM bidding document(2020 edition)”,this paper analyzes the risk and responsibility transfer of construction general contract,and then puts forward the contract management and cost control measures.
