摘要
介绍了我国售电侧改革的发展历程,对独立售电公司与"电网系"企业进行比较,总结了独立售电公司的优势与劣势;基于PEST模型,分析了独立售电公司的机会与威胁;采用SWOT法分析了独立售电公司参与市场竞争的策略,提出了相应的措施,以应对在零售竞争市场中面临的机遇和挑战。
The development course of China’s electricity retail reform is introduced,the independent electricity retailer is compared with the power grid enterprise,and the advantages and disadvantages of the independent electricity retailer are summarized.Based on the PEST model,the opportunities and threats of independent electricity retailer are analyzed.Based on SWOT analysis,the strategies of independent electricity retailer participating in the market competition are analyzed,and the corresponding measures to cope with the opportunities and challenges in electricity retail competition market are put forward.
