Cripto-1和CyclinD1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床病理相关性分析

Expression of Cripto-1 and CyclinD1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathological correlation

目的探讨Cripto-1和CyclinD1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床病理相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测Cripto-1和CyclinD1在51例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况,分析Cripto-1和CyclinD1与食管鳞状细胞癌临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果Cripto-1和CyclinD1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率(58.8%,62.7%)高于在正常食管黏膜标本中的表达率(19.6%,0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cripto-1和CyclinD1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达与吸烟史、饮酒史、脉管侵犯和TNM分期有关,Cripto-1还与性别有关(P<0.05)。Cripto-1和CyclinD1的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.578,P<0.05)。结论Cripto-1和CyclinD1可能在肿瘤的发生和发展中发挥协同作用,对食管鳞状细胞癌的预后判断和临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the expression of Cripto-1 and CyclinD1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and correlation of clinical pathology.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Cripto-1 and CyclinD1 in 51 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and the correlation between Cripto-1,CyclinD1 and the clinopathological factors of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of Cripto-1 and CyclinD1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues(58.8%,62.7%)were higher than those in normal esophageal mucosa specimens(19.6%,0%),P<0.05.The expression of Cripto-1 and CyclinD1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was related to smoking history,drinking history,vascular invasion and TNM stage,and Cripto-1 was also related to gender(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between Cripto-1 and CyclinD1(r=0.578,P<0.05).Conclusion Cripto-1 and CyclinD1 may play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Cripto-1 and CyclinD1 have important significance for the prognosis judgment and clinical treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
