远方视力训练法治疗远视性弱视儿童的疗效观察 被引量:6

Observation on the clinical effect of distance vision training on children with hyperopia amblyopia

摘要 目的观察远方视力训练法治疗远视性弱视儿童的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院大桥分院眼科门诊收治的远视性弱视儿童120例。将患儿随机分为1、2、3、4组,每组30例。1组采取单纯配镜治疗,2组采取遮盖治疗,3组采取近方视力训练法治疗,4组采取远方视力训练法治疗。经3个月治疗后,比较4组患儿治疗前后远方视力的变化,观察远方视力训练法治疗远视性弱视儿童的临床疗效。结果 1组、2组、3组、4组治疗后远方视力与本组治疗前比较均有提高,差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.001);4组与其它3组远方视力疗效进行两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在儿童远视性弱视治疗中,远方视力训练法治疗效果优于单纯配镜、遮盖疗法、近方视力训练法。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of distance vision training on children with hyperopia amblyopia. Methods A total of 120 children with hyperopia amblyopia who were admitted to the Ophthalmology Clinic of Daqiao Branch, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into groups 1, 2, 3 and 4, each with 30 cases. Group 1 were treated with simple glasses, group 2 were treated with occlusion, group 3 were treated with proximal vision training, and group 4 were treated with distant vision training.After 3 months of treatment, the changes of distant visual acuity before and after treatment were compared to observe the clinical effect of distance vision training in children with hyperopia amblyopia. Results Distance vision was improved after treatment, the difference had significant statistical significance(P<0.001). Distance vision training was more effective than other training methods, the difference had significant statistical significance(P<0.001). Conclusion In the treatment of children with hyperopia amblyopia, distance vision training is better than that of simple glasses, occlusion therapy, and proximal vision training method.
