摘要
在建筑业转型升级的社会背景下,装配式建筑具有“四节一环保”的优点得到全面推广。由于装配式建筑施工质量影响因素交互耦合作用,且风险易叠加,因此开展装配式建筑项目施工质量控制影响因素研究刻不容缓。通过识别并构建装配式建筑项目施工质量的影响指标体系,分析施工质量控制关键影响因素,提出具有针对性的控制措施,从而提高装配式建筑施工质量管理水平。
Under the social background of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the advantages of"foursavings and one environmental protection"of prefabricated buildings have been comprehensively promoted.Due to the interactivenexus of factors affecting the construction quality of prefabricated buildings and the easy superposition of risks,it is urgent to explorethe factors influencing the construction quality control of prefabricated building projects.This paper identifies and builds aninfluencing index system for the construction quality of prefabricated building projects.The key influencing factors of constructionquality control are analyzed,and the targeted control measures are proposed to improve the quality management of prefabricatedbuilding construction.
