宫颈癌患者P53、P16、Ki-67表达、病理特征及预后的意义

P53,P16,Ki-67 expression,pathological features and prognostic significance of patients with cervical cancer

目的旨在探讨免疫组化指标中P53、P16、Ki-67在宫颈癌组织的表达及其与病理特征及预后的关系。方法整理并分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院经宫颈癌根治术的患者,整理患者临床资料,分析患者P53、P16、Ki-67表达水平、肿瘤分类、临床分期、预后等情况。结果1.各免疫组化指标与临床病理特征的关系:与FIGO分期相关的指标是P53;与组织分化相关的指标是P16;与宫颈间质浸润深度相关的指标是Ki-67;与淋巴结转移相关的指标是P16、Ki-67。2.各免疫组化指标与病人PFS、OS的关系:P53表达与病人PFS显著相关,P16表达与病人OS显著相关,其余免疫组化指标表达与病人PFS、OS差异均无统计学意义。结论P53、P16、Ki-67表达在病理特征存在一定差异,P53、P16表达与宫颈癌手术患者预后有一定关系,加强对病理特征观察及术后免疫组化报告,有利于患者临床诊断,为疾病治疗创造有利条件。

Objective To explore the expression of P53,P16,Ki-67 in cervical cancer tissues and their relationship with pathological characteristics and prognosis among immunohistochemical indexes.Methods Patients undergoing radical cervical cancer surgery in hospital were collected and analyzed,and clinical data of patients were sorted out,the expression levels of P53,P16,Ki-67,tumor classification,clinical stage,prognosis,etc were analyzed.Results 1.The relationship between various immunohistochemical indexes and clinicopathological characteristics was the follows:the index related to FIGO staging is P53;the index related to tissue differentiation is P16;the index related to the depth of cervical stromal invasion is Ki-67;the index related to lymph node metastasis is P16,Ki-67.2.The relationship between each immunohistochemical index and the patient’s PFS and OS:P53 expression was significantly correlated with the patient’s PFS,and P16 expression was significantly correlated with the patient’s OS.The expression of other immunohistochemical indexes was not significantly different from the patient’s PFS and OS.Conclusion The expression of P53,P16,Ki-67 has certain differences in pathological characteristics,and the expression of P53 and P16 has a certain relationship with the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer surgery.The observation of pathological characteristics and postoperative immunohistochemical report should be paid more attention,which is conducive to the clinical diagnosis of patients and create favorable treatment conditions.
