普瑞巴林、加巴喷丁联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的短期临床分析

Short-term clinical analysis of pregabalin,gabapentin combined with nerve block in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia

目的对比普瑞巴林、加巴喷丁联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(Post-Herpetic Neuralgia,PNH)的短期临床效果差异。方法研究对象选取2019年3月到2020年6月间本院收治的PNH患者106例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和试验组,各53例。对照组予加巴喷丁联合神经阻滞治疗,试验组予普瑞巴林联合神经阻滞治疗。采用数字分级法(NRS)评价疼痛程度,采用失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评价睡眠情况,采用采用皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评价生活质量。评价生活质量。比较两组患者治疗前后NRS、ISI、DLQI评分。统计两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后3 d、7 d、14 d,两组患者NRS、ISI、DLQI评分较治疗前均显著降低,且试验组NRS、ISI、DLQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为11.32%(6/53),对照组不良反应发生率为50.94%(27/53)。试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合神经阻滞治疗PHN相较与加巴喷丁联合神经阻滞治疗PHN,在短期内,能够更加有效地缓解患者疼痛,提高患者的睡眠及生活质量。

Objective To compare the short-term clinical effects of pregabalin,gabapentin combined with nerve block in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia(Post-Herpetic Neuralgia,PNH).Methods The study subjects selected 106 PNH patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 and divided them into a control group and a test group by random number method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gabapentin combined with nerve block,and the test group was treated with pregabalin combined with nerve block.The digital grading method(NRS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain,the insomnia severity index(ISI)was used to evaluate sleep,and the dermatological quality of life index(DLQI)was used to evaluate the quality of life.Evaluate the quality of life.The NRS,ISI and DLQI scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment was analyzed.Results 3 d,7 d,and 14 d after treatment,the NRS,ISI,and DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the NRS,ISI,and DLQI scores of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 11.32%(6/53),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 50.94%(27/53).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin combined with nerve block in the treatment of PHN,compared with gabapentin combined with nerve block in the treatment of PHN,can more effectively relieve pain in the short term and improve the patient’s sleep and quality of life.
