手术室流程再造对于腹部手术患者医院感染控制的管理效果比较

Management effect of operation room process reengineering on nosocomial infection control in patients undergoing abdominal surgery

目的探讨手术室流程再造在腹部手术患者医院感染控制管理中应用效果。方法前瞻性选择2018年1月~2019年12月于本院实施择期手术治疗的240例腹部手术患者与52名护理人员作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,两组各纳入患者120例。对照组采取常规手术室流程进行管理,研究组在此基础上实施手术室流程再造。对比两组第一台手术等待时间、连台手术间隔时间、手术室灭菌合格率、医院感染的发生率,以及患者对手术室服务的满意度。结果研究组第一台手术等待时间与连台手术间隔时间均低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组手术室物体表面、空气、无菌物品、医务人员手卫生的灭菌合格率高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。研究组医院感染的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者对于本次手术室服务的满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论手术室流程再造不仅可以提高手术室工作效率,且强化了手术室灭菌效果,降低医院感染率,进一步保障医院感染控制管理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of operation room process reengineering in hospital infection control management of patients with abdominal surgery.Methods 240 cases of abdominal surgery patients and 52 nursing staff in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were prospectively selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 120 patients in each group.The control group was managed by conventional operation room process,and the research group was implemented the operation room process reengineering on this basis.The waiting time of the first operation,the interval between successive operations,the qualified rate of sterilization in operating room,the incidence of hospital infection,and the satisfaction of patients to the service of operating room were compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time of the first operation and the interval between successive operations in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The qualified rate of sterilization of object surface,air,sterile articles and hand hygiene of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Operating room process reengineering can not only improve the operating room work efficiency,but also strengthen the sterilization effect of operating room,reduce the hospital infection rate,and further ensure the quality of hospital infection control and management.
