探讨美罗培南持续泵入联合注射用乌司他丁治疗重症肺炎的临床效果

The clinical effect of continuous infusion of Meropenem combined with Ulinastatin in the treatment of severe pneumonia

目的给予重症肺炎患者美罗培南持续泵入联合注射用乌司他丁对其临床效果的影响分析。方法随机选取2017年5月-2020年5月期间在本院住院的120例重症肺炎患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用美罗培南静脉滴注治疗,观察组则行美罗培南持续泵入联合注射用乌司他丁治疗。结果治疗前,2组患者的IL-1β、CRP、PCT、TNF-ɑ血清炎症因子对比无差异P>0.05;治疗后,2组患者以上指标均改善,但观察组改善更显著,且观察组治疗总有效率、肺部啰音消失时间、退烧时间及咳嗽咳痰消失时间均优于对照组P<0.05。结论在重症肺炎患者住院过程中给予美罗培南持续泵入联合注射用乌司他丁治疗效果显著,值得临床推广并借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of continuous infusion of Meropenem combined with Ulinastatin on patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 120 cases of patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Meropenem intravenous drip,while the observation group was treated with continuous infusion of Meropenem combined with Ulinastatin for injection.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in the levels of IL-1β,CRP,PCT and TNF-αbetween two groups,(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes between two groups were improved,but the improvement in the observation group was more significant,and the total effective rate,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales,the time of fever abatement and the disappearance time of cough and expectoration in the observation group were better than those in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous infusion of Meropenem combined with Ulinastatin for injection in patients with severe pneumonia during hospitalization is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
