The effect of Snyder’s hope theory on the early rehabilitation,hope level and neurological function of stroke patients

目的分析Snyder希望理论对脑卒中患者早期康复效果、希望水平及神经功能影响。方法选择2019年1月-2020年3月乌鲁木齐市友谊医院收治脑卒中患者120例临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组60例采用常规早期康复护理,研究组60例以Snyder希望理论为基础实施早期康复干预,对两组康复效果、希望水平及神经功能进行比较。结果研究组NIHSS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组对现实与未来的积极态度、与他人间保持亲密的关系、应用积极的行动、希望水平总分均比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组ADL评分为(35.64±6.28)分,比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中康复工作中应用Snyder希望理论能够改善患者希望水平,并提升其日常生活能力,降低其神经功能缺损,能够给临床中脑卒中方面的康复治疗给予更多的参照,可应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Snyder’s hope theory on early rehabilitation,hope level and neurological function of stroke patients.Methods 120 cases of stroke patients treated in Friendship Hospital of Urumqi from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in the control group were given routine early rehabilitation nursing,and 60 cases in the study group were given early rehabilitation intervention based on Snyder hope theory.Results NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total scores of positive attitude towards reality and future,keeping close relationship with others,taking positive action and hope level in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ADL score of the study group was(35.64±6.28)points,which was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Snyder theory of hope in stroke rehabilitation can improve level of hope,improve their daily living ability,and reduce their neurological impairment.It can provide more reference for clinical rehabilitation treatment of stroke,so it can be applied and promoted.
