急进高原汽车兵皮质醇与体液免疫功能的表达变化及临床意义

Expression changes of cortisol and humoral immune function ofautomotive soldiers working at plateau and their clinical significance

目的探究急进高原汽车兵皮质醇与体液免疫功能的表达变化及临床意义。方法采集37例急进高原男性汽车兵平原与高原不同海拔高度的血样本,检测皮质醇和体液免疫功能(IgG、IgM、IgA、C3),按照军队作业年限并结合士兵等级随机分为3组,分别为:组1(≤3年,普通士官组),共9人;组2(>4年且<6年,初级士官组),有16人;组3(≥7年,高级士官组),共12人,不同海拔高度样本前后对照比较3组皮质醇、体液免疫功能的变化,并分析3组两指标之间表达变化的差异性。结果组1高原皮质醇水平显著高于平原(P<0.05),且组2、3明显减低;3组高原体液免疫功能水平与平原相比均呈降低趋势;组1皮质醇、免疫功能(IgG、IgA)高原与平原前后变化显著高于组2、3(P<0.05);组1免疫功能中IgM、C3高原与平原前后变化显著高于组3(P<0.05)。结论急进高原汽车兵皮质醇应激功能可受军队作业年限、体质影响;低海拔高原环境短期内能应激提高体液免疫功能。

Objective To explore the changes of cortisol and humoral immune function in automobile soldiers who worked in plateau and their clinical significance.Methods Thirty-seven blood samples of males who entered the plateau at different heights among plain and plateau were collected and tested to detect cortisol and humoral immune function(Ig G,Ig M,Ig A,C3).They were randomly divided into three groups:Group onewith 9 persons(h 9 personsollected and tested to);Group twowith 16 persons(>4 years and<6 years,junior Sergeant group);Group threewith 12 persons(ith 12 personsns Sergeant grgroup).The changes of cortisol and humoral immune function of three groups at different altitudeswere compared.Results The level of cortisol in groupone was significantly higher than that of groupin the plain,while the groups 2 and 3 were significantly reduced.The levelof humoral immune functionamong three groups in plateau was lower than that of the group in plain;The changes of the cortisol,immune function(Ig G,Ig A)at the plateau in group onewere significantly higher than that of groups two and group three(P<0.05);The changes of Ig M,C3 in group onefrom plateau to plain were significantly higher than that in group three(P<0.05).Conclusions The cortisol stress function of soldierswho drive automobile in high altitude can be associated with military service years and physical condition.The lower altitude plateau environment can improve humoral immune functionin short term.
