布地奈德联合加速康复外科护理对鼻窦炎—鼻息肉患者嗅觉功能的影响及安全性分析

Effect and safety analysis of budesonide combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing on olfactory function in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的研究布地奈德联合加速康复外科护理对鼻窦炎—鼻息肉患者嗅觉功能的影响及安全性。方法选取本院2019年1月至2020年6月收治的70例鼻窦炎—鼻息肉患者,按照随机数字表法,将参与本次研究的患者分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组给予鼻内镜手术和加速康复外科护理治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德治疗,两组患者均持续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后鼻黏膜结构与嗅觉功能评分,血清IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平、治疗期间不良反应发生情况及总体护理满意度。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者鼻黏膜结构与嗅觉功能评分及血清IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;试验组与对照组患者护理总满意度分别为94.28%与71.43%,试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术与加速康复外科护理可显著改善鼻窦炎—鼻息肉患者嗅觉功能,降低血清IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平,抑制机体炎症反应,安全性好,有利于促进病情恢复。

Objective Tostudy the effect and safety of budesonide combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing on olfactory function in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 70 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery and accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing,while patients in the treatment group were treated with budesonide on the basis of therapy in the control group,with a treatment period for 4 weeks.The nasal mucosal structure and olfactory function scores,levels ofserum IL-6,TNF-α,IFN-γwere compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions and overall care satisfactionbetween the two groups were also compared during treatment.Results After treatment,the nasal mucosal structure,olfactory function and the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γdecreased in both groups,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The total satisfaction of nursing care of patients in the treatment group and the control group was 94.28%and 71.43%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic surgery and accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing can significantly improve the olfactory function of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps,reduce the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γ,and inhibit the inflammatory reaction.It also can promote the recovery of the disease,so it has a good safety.
