延伸护理应用于多囊卵巢综合征患者生活干预中的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of extended nursing in life intervention for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探究对多囊卵巢综合征患者施行延伸护理的效果。方法随机将2018年2月至2020年2月本院92例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为对照组(46例,施行常规护理)、观察组(46例,施行延伸护理)。随访半年,对比两组服药依从性、生活质量评分及睡眠质量评分。结果观察组服药依从率(97.83%)高于对照组(80.43%),P<0.05;观察组护理后生活质量评分较对照组更高,且睡眠质量评分较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论对多囊卵巢综合征患者施行延伸护理具有良好可行性,有助于增加用药依从性,改善患者生活及睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 92 patients with PCOS in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group(46 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(46 cases,extended nursing).Follow up for half a year,the medication compliance,quality of life score and sleep quality score of the two groups were compared.Results The medication compliance rate of the observation group(97.83%)was higher than that of the control group(80.43%),P<0.05;the life quality score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the sleep quality score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions Extended nursing care for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome has good feasibility,which helps to increase medication compliance and improve the quality of life and sleep of patients.
