摘要
为解决在剔除空气压力变化的情况下,ZJ116A型卷接机组漏剔含异物烟条的问题,对剔除气路重新进行设计,使前道剔除气路距离缩短了80.8%,后道剔除气路距离缩短了82.4%。对改进前后的ZJ116A型卷接机组进行异物投放试验,结果表明:当剔除压力由3.0 bar降到2.5 bar后,改进前机组剔除含异物烟条的准确率由100%降到了97.5%,当压力再降到2.0 bar后,改进前机组异物剔除的准确率降到了95%,而改进后机组剔除含异物烟条的准确率一直保持在100%,没有出现漏剔现象,该方法为提高卷接机组运行可靠性提供了技术支持。
To solve the problem of miss out the foreign matter-containing cigarettes in ZJ116A cigarette maker under the condition that the production speed is reduced.the gas path for foreign matter-containing cigarettes rejecting was redesigned.The distance of the front gas path was shortened by 80.8%,and the distance of the back gas path was shortened by 82.4%.The ZJ116A cigarette maker before and after modification was tested,the results showed that;When the pressure of gas path was reduced from 3.0 bar to 2.5 bar,the accuracy rate of the foreign matter-containing cigarettes rejecting before the improvement was reduced from 100%to 97.5%.When the pressure was reduced to 2.0 bar,The accuracy rate was reduced to 95%.But the accuracy rate of the foreign matter-containing cigarettes rejecting after the improvement has been kept at 100%,it indicated that all foreign matter-containing cigarettes were rejected.This method provides a technical support for promoting the reliability of cigarette makers.
