马克思是基于向现实本身去寻求观念的方法论和认识论而探索社会主义概念的。马克思通过对资本主义生产方式和资本逻辑的批判,认为替代后资本主义社会的社会主义社会应该是否定资本作用,废除价值生产和商品交换的社会。中国特色社会主义基于社会主义革命和建设的实践活动和发展生产力的现实需要,认为发展社会主义生产需要发挥资本的作用,发展价值生产和商品交换。若能树立劳动力是劳动者资本的理论观念,构建劳动力资本化为劳动者股份的所有制形式,中国特色社会主义是可以在发挥资本作用、发展价值生产与商品交换的基础上,消除资本占有劳动生产的剩余价值的现象,维护劳动者共同富裕的社会主义本质要求。
