建党百年民族高等教育“中国道路”发展的三重逻辑

中国特色的解决民族问题、开展民族工作的道路是马克思主义民族理论的“中国化”历史过程,具有深邃的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。从历史逻辑看,中国共产党领导的民族高等教育发展筑基于中国共产党民族工作的历史进程之中,经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期和中国特色社会主义新时代四个主要阶段,已经发展成独具中国特色的社会主义民族高等教育体系。从理论逻辑来看,马克思民族教育理论中国化是民族高等教育发展的理论遵循,坚持以人民为中心是中国共产党开展民族高等教育工作的初心和使命,坚持推进依法治理是实现中国民族高等教育事业蓬勃发展的根本保证。从实践逻辑来看,要毫不动摇地坚持中国共产党对民族高等教育的全面领导,把铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为民族高等教育的根本任务,同时走内涵发展的道路,促进民族高等教育高质量发展。

The way of solving national problems and carrying out national work with Chinese characteristics is the historical process of“Sinicization”of Marxist national theory,which has profound historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.From the perspective of historical logic,the development of ethnic higher education led by the Communist Party of China is based on the historical process of the ethnic work of the Communist Party of China.It has experienced four main stages:the period of new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,It has developed into a socialist national higher education system with unique Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the Sinicization of Marx’s national education theory is the theoretical basis for the development of national higher education.Adhering to the people as the center is the original intention and mission of the Communist Party of China to carry out national higher education.Adhering to promoting governance according to law is the fundamental guarantee for the vigorous development of China’s national higher education.From the perspective of practical logic,we should unswervingly adhere to the CPC’s comprehensive leadership over national higher education,take casting the awareness of the Chinese national community as the fundamental task of national higher education,and take the road of connotation development to promote the high-quality development of national higher education.
