烟碱类杀虫剂的不同处理对黄曲条跳甲的杀虫活性影响 被引量:1

The Effects of Different Treatmnts of Nicotinoid Insecticides against Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius) on Insecticidal Activities

摘要 为探究烟碱类杀虫剂对黄曲条跳甲室内生物测定的最佳方法,选取8种烟碱类杀虫剂,采用浸叶法、浸虫法、浸叶+浸虫法3种方法进行室内生测试验。经Pearson相关分析,结果表明,采用浸叶+浸虫或浸叶法对杀虫活性无显著性影响(P>0.05),杀虫活性与方法的相关系数为0.320;采用浸叶+浸虫法或浸虫法对杀虫活性存在显著影响(P<0.05),杀虫活性与方法的相关系数为0.502。黄曲条跳甲对浸叶+浸虫法和浸叶法的染毒较为敏感,浸虫法最差。 In order to explore the best method of nicotinoid insecticides for indoor bioassay of Phyllotreta striolata, 8 nicotinoid insecticides were selected and leaf immersion, insect immersion and leaf + insect immersion were used for indoor bioassay. The results of pearson correlation analysis showed that leaf immersion + insect immersion or leaf immersion had no significant effect on insecticidal activity(P>0.05), and the correlation coefficient between insecticidal activity and method was 0.320. Leaf immersion + insect immersion or insect immersion had significant effects on insecticidal activity(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient between insecticidal activity and insecticidal activity was 0.502. P. striolata was more sensitive to leaf immersion + insect immersion and leaf immersion, and insect immersion was the worst.
