强迫振动下核桃定向输送方法及仿真试验 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高核桃破壳效率,改善核桃破壳取仁效果,为后续核桃加工提供新方法,文章通过在强迫振动下提出一种核桃纵径定向输送方法;首先对核桃的外观及三维尺寸进行测量分析,据此研究核桃纵径振动定向的机理及规律;将强迫振动条件下建立的核桃定向输送装置的三维模型导入到Adams,并以输送过程的核桃稳定输送作为标准得出了定向滑槽倾角θ和振幅A合理的预取值范围,同时以平行于定向滑槽方向的输送速度V及核桃纵径定向成功率P作为标准进行正交试验设计并进行仿真试验,试验得出最佳的工作条件为:A=1.1 mm,θ=1°;最后以此最优条件在Adams中进行动态仿真,结果显示在强迫振动下核桃成功实现定向输送。在50 Hz激振频率下,速度可达63.8 mm/s,为后续核桃的定向破壳加工提供新方法。 In order to improve the efficiency of walnut cracking, improve the effect of walnut cracking and kernel extraction,and provide a new method for subsequent walnut processing, this paper puts forward a walnut long axis directional transportation method under forced vibration. Firstly, the appearance and three-dimensional dimension of walnut were measured and analyzed to study the mechanism and law of vibration orientation of walnut long. Is to be established under the condition of forced vibration of walnut directional transmission device of the three-dimensional model into Adams,and the transportation process of walnut stability as standard obtained the directional chute Angle theta and amplitude of A reasonable value range, at the same time in parallel to the direction of the directional chute conveyor speed V and success rate as A standard of walnut long axis in simulation experiment,orthogonal experiment design and obtains the best working conditions for the test: A=1.1 mm, θ=1°. Finally, dynamic simulation was carried out in Adams under this optimal condition.The results showed that under forced vibration, walnut successfully realized directional transportation, and under 50 Hz excitation frequency, the speed could reach 63.8 mm/s, providing A new method for subsequent oriented shell cracking of walnut.
