This paper introduces highlights and work experience of the special S&T commissioners system by taking Nanping City and Fujian Province as example.It also discusses the enlightenment and understanding of advancing the special S&T commissioners system.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are putted forward to implement the special S&T commissioners in Anhui Province and provide reference for rural revitalization in solidarity.
