不同矮化剂对蝴蝶兰‘V3’生长的影响

Effects of Different Dwarfing Agents on the Growth of Phalaenopsis‘V3’

为研究矮化剂对蝴蝶兰花梗长度、粗度、开花性状的影响,以蝴蝶兰‘V3’为试验材料,用不同浓度的助壮素、多效唑、比久处理梗长0~5cm的蝴蝶兰品种‘V3’。结果表明,多效唑处理的效果较助壮素、比久均好,当浓度为2000倍浓度时矮化效果最佳,既达到了矮化效果,又不影响花序长度及开花朵数。

In order to study the effect of dwarfing agents on the pedicel length thickness,and flowering characteris⁃tics ofPhalaenopsis,this experiment usesphalaenopsis′V3′as the material,and different concentrations of mepi⁃quat,paclobutrazol,and bijiu are used to treatphalaenopsis′V3′with a stem length of 0-5cm.the results showed that the paclobutrazol treatment effect is better than mepiquat,and the dwarfing effect is the best when the concen⁃tration is 2000 times the concentration.The dwarfing effect is achieved without affecting the length of the inflores⁃cence and the number of blooming flowers.
