校企协同下“双创”融入高职园林技术专业教学探索 被引量:1

The Exploration of“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education”Coordinated with School and Enterprises into the Professional Teaching of Higher Vocational Garden Technology

摘要 随着高职教育的不断深化改革以及园林行业的发展,高职园林技术人才的培养目标和人才素质要求也在不断提高。如何从“双创”的角度培养人才,加快园林技术专业的发展,是一项新挑战。该研究从“双创”教育背景出发,剖析现阶段该专业“双创”教育发展现状,分析存在的问题,探寻发展的新途径,主要包括:强化校企协同发展、更新高职教育教学理念、构建高效发展的教育模式、强化建设多样化教育实践平台、提升校企共建的教学团队的综合能力、共同提高园林技术专业人才的创新创造能力。 With the continuous reform and deepening of higher vocational education and the development of land⁃scape industry,the training objectives and quality requirements of landscape technical talents in higher vocational education are also improving.How to cultivate talents from the perspective of“entrepreneurship and innovation”puts forward new challenges to the development of landscape technology specialty.From the background of“entre⁃preneurship and innovation”education,this study analyzes the development status of this major′s“entrepreneurship and innovation”education at the present stage,explores the existing problems,and looks for new ways of develop⁃ment and efficiency.Strengthen the coordinated development of schools and enterprises,update the teaching concept of higher vocational education,build an efficient education model,strengthen the construction of diversified educa⁃tion practice platform,improve the comprehensive ability of the teaching team jointly built by schools and enterpris⁃es,and jointly improve the innovation and creativity of landscape technology professionals.
