我国区域星级酒店经营绩效评价与发展趋势研究

Research on Performance Evaluation and Development Trend of Regional Star Hotels in China

星级酒店经营绩效是地区旅游业竞争力的重要体现。通过构建星级酒店经营绩效评价指标体系,采用经营绩效指数和马尔科夫链等方法评价我国星级酒店经营绩效情况,探索星级酒店经营绩效的发展趋势。结果表明:(1)经济发达地区星级酒店经营绩效水平稳定在较高和很高的等级;(2)大多数区域星级酒店经营绩效水平处于一般和较低状态;(3)星级酒店经营绩效状态总体格局基本稳定;(4)星级酒店经营绩效地区间不均衡性突出,发达地区绩效明显高于其他地区。最后,根据星级酒店经营绩效等级,提出相应的改进措施。

Operation performance of star hotels is an important embodiment of regional tourism competitiveness.Through constructing evaluation index system of operation performance for star hotels,this paper uses the methods of operation performance index and Markov chain to evaluate the operation performance of star hotels in China and explores the development trend of the operation performance of star hotels.The results show that the level of the operation performance of star hotels in economically developed areas stays stably at the higher and highest grade,the level of the operation performance of most of regional star hotels keeps at the general and low state;the overall pattern of the operation performance state of star hotels is basically stable;the operation performance of star hotels is unbalanced among different regions,which is significantly higher in developed area than that in other areas.Finally,according to the grade of operation performance of star hotels,it puts forward some corresponding improvement measures.
