摘要
采用多弧离子镀技术在316L不锈钢基底上制备了W-DLC复合薄膜,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)分析了薄膜的表面形貌和物相结构,并利用电化学工作站分析了薄膜在不同环境下的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:W-DLC复合薄膜表面平整;在酸性、碱性和切削液环境下,薄膜的耐腐蚀性能均优于未镀膜的不锈钢基底;与酸性环境相比,在碱性和切削液环境下,W-DLC复合薄膜表面点蚀区域更少、耐腐蚀性能更优。
W-DLC composite film was prepared on 316L stainless steel substrates by multi-arc ion plating.The morphology of the film was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and the phase structure of the film was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The corrosion resistances of the films in different environments were analyzed by electrochemical workstation.The results show that the surface of W-DLC composite film is smooth.In acidic,alkaline and cutting fluid environments,the corrosion resistance of the film is better than the uncoated 316L stainless steel substrate.Compared with acidic environment,W-DLC composite film has better corrosion resistance in alkaline and cutting fluid environments,and there are fewer pitting areas on the surface of W-DLC composite film.
