补肾解毒汤联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌骨转移患者的效果及对其血清CA125、CA199和CYFRA21-1水平的影响

Effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Bone Metastasis of Advanced Lung Cancer and Its Influence on the Serum CA125,CA199 and CYFRA21-1 of Patients

目的补肾解毒汤联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌骨转移患者的效果及对其血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)和细胞角蛋白19的可溶性片段(CYFRA21-1)水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2020年12月平原县第一人民医院收治的78例晚期肺癌骨转移患者为研究对象,以随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组患者仅实施化疗,观察组患者实施化疗联合补肾解毒汤治疗。比较两组的血清CA199、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平、卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果观察组血清CA199、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组KPS评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期肺癌骨转移患者行化疗联合补肾解毒汤治疗,可有效降低肿瘤标志物水平,抑制癌细胞的发展,减轻患者不适感,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer bone metastasis and its effect on serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and soluble fragments of cytokeratin 19(CYFRA21-1).Methods Select 78 patients with advanced lung cancer and bone metastases received in First People's Hospital of Pingyuan County from June 2018 to December 2020 as the object,and divided into a control group and an observation group by random drawing,with 39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with chemotherapy and Bushen Jiedu Decoction.The serum CA199,CA125 and CYFRA21-1 levels,KPS score,and VAS score were compared.Results The serum levels of CA199,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with Bushen Jiedu Decoction treatment for patients with advanced lung cancer bone metastases can effectively reduce the level of tumor markers,inhibit the development of cancer cells,reduce patient discomfort,and improve the quality of life.
