党的领导维度下“塞罕坝精神”的内涵、形成与传承

The Connotation,Formation and Inheritance of the“Saihanba Spirit”under the Dimension of the Party’s Leadership

“塞罕坝精神”深刻诠释了三代塞罕坝人绝对忠诚的政治信仰、以苦为乐的高尚品格和久久为功的执着追求,是党的领导下中国精神的生动展现。“塞罕坝精神”形成的根本所在是有中国共产党的坚强领导,其中党的政治领导是“塞罕坝精神”形成的政治保障,党的思想领导是“塞罕坝精神”形成的理论源泉,党的组织领导是“塞罕坝精神”形成的主体力量。站在建党百年的历史新起点,必须把“塞罕坝精神”置于党的领导下深入挖掘其内涵、形成与传承,必须坚持和加强党的全面领导。

The“Saihanba Spirit”is a profound interpretation of three generations of Saihanba people’s political faith of absolute loyalty,noble character of endurance,and persistent pursuit of long-term hard work,and is a vivid demonstration of the spirit of China under the leadership of the Party.The fundamental reason for the formation of the“Saihanba Spirit”is the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China,of which the political leadership of the Party is the political guarantee for the formation of the spirit;the ideological leadership of the Party,the theoretical source of it;and the organizational leadership of the Party,the main force to establish it.Standing at the new starting point of the history of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party,it is necessary to put the“Saihanba Spirit”under the leadership of the Party to deeply explore its connotation,formation and inheritance,and to adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party.
